Is anyone getting any help with their questions

I am just wondering if anyone is getting in to the Help Line/getting return phone calls? I purchased 3 phones for my kids for Christmas and am seriously regretting this decision. I have sat on hold for hours and asked for a call back every day since Christmas and have been totally ignored. Is this normal for this company? Thank you.

    Thank you. I immediately responded back but have heard nothing since. It's been 9 days since I tried to initiate conversation. I feel like preparation for this busy season would have been wise on your part. I do appreciate the text but would like to hear back. I left my phone number on several emails.
