Can you please explain why Knox E Fota on our Gabb 4 pro phone says Gabb phone 3 pro active? Thank you.

Thank you for this post! There are a few different troubleshooting steps to help correct this error:
- Reset to the Gabb Phone 4 Pro:
- Open Settings App -> General Management -> Reset ->
Reset all settings
- Open Settings App -> General Management -> Reset ->
Reset mobile network settings
- Open Settings App -> General Management -> Reset ->
Reset Wifi & Bluetooth settings
- Open Settings App -> General Management -> Reset ->
Reset accessibility settings
- Open Settings App -> General Management -> Reset ->
- Sync MyAccount with Customer Support:
- Ask Customer Support to preform a
Sync
