Bought a brand new watch for my daughter for Christmas. She’s literally used it one day. This morning the watch randomly called someone and then the screen went black. After leaving it on the charger to hopefully charge, the device is now hot to the touch and will not turn on. Called to get support…wait time is 3 hours, no option to leave a message. So, then I hop online to try and chat…no answer. Needless to say, I’m not impressed and regretting my decision to make this purchase. Now that I’ve read these threads I am starting to sense this is a common problem and I fear I may have wasted quite a bit of money trying to keep my kiddo safe for no return on investment here. Gabb Support please help!!!!
