What is the exchange/return policy of Gabb cases?

I recently just spoke with a representative via chat about exchanging 2 Gabb cases I received that weren't the correct ones. They are too small. I just wanted to exchange them, didn't want any money. The representative explained that "since I personally ordered them, that I couldn't get an exchange or refund, but claimed they'd give me a $15 credit towards my next billing cycle".. That was very disheartening to read and I didn't understand how that would help me. I still have to go back order 2 more cases, hope they send the correct ones, then wait 2 weeks almost to receive them. This is very unorthodox and doesn't help the customer. It puts more money back into the Gabb corporation. $15 won't cover the price of the cases or shipping. I definitely wont be ordering anything else, if this is their policy..

    After several attempts of trying to reach customer support since 12/27/2024, I was informed that I couldn't exchange or return cases I ordered that were too small. I don't know how helpful or true this is but I won't be ordering again from them. I might switch to Troomi after this or just get my twins another phone plane thru T-Mobile because that's very unorthodox, disheartening, and not customer friendly... See screenshots below 👇🏾

In this section it states that opened accessories are non-refundable. Apologies for any confusion this has caused. Hopes this helps clarify!
