MyGabb App on my childs Gabb phone

Hello, At one point in trying to get my childs phone to sync to mine to allow contacts, it asks you to open the MyGabb app on my childs phone. When I open the app, the only button I can press is "Let's Go!". If I press that button, the app closes. I have no other options here. Has anyone else seen this?

Sorry you're having some trouble with the MyGabb app on your Gabbb Phone 4 Pro. Here are some troubleshooting steps to helps:

Open Settings App -> General Management -> Reset -> Reset all settings
Open Settings App -> General Management -> Reset -> Reset mobile network settings
Open Settings App -> General Management -> Reset -> Reset Wifi & Bluetooth settings
Open Settings App -> General Management -> Reset -> Reset accessibility settings
