How long til Upgrade takes effect?
Yesterday I upgraded my daughter's phone plan from standard to advanced because she wants more apps and I'm also hoping she'll be able to send and receive pictures over the mobile network.
It's been over 24 hours and these features still don't work. How long until the upgrade in plan takes effect? Do I have to wait until next month's billing cycle?

Great question! The change should be immediate. If the features of the new plan do not go into effect after completing the upgrade, try these troubleshooting steps:
- Ensure you have the correct plan/device
- You can check the device and plan by logging into your MyAccount
- Select
Dashboard
- Select
View Details
- Scroll down to
Device Information
- You will see the device model (Gabb Phone 4, Gabb Phone 3 Plus, Gabb Phone 4 Plus)
- Select
Manage Plan
to see what the selected plan includes
- Refresh your MyAccount
- Log out of your MyAccount on the website
- Refresh your browser (doesn't hurt to open a new browser)
- Log back into your MyAccount
- Reset Gabb Phone
- Power your Gabb Phone off for 30 seconds and back on
