PowerSchool App

This is an approved app but when we try to access it on our Gabb phone 4 pro we are getting an error message that says “your device is not connected to the Internet sign in to PowerSchool mobile is unavailable.”
has anyone else had trouble with this?? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you..

Has there been any progress on this? I've chatted and talked to people on the phone about this issue and I've been directed to the powerschool team, but they can't help me either because I'm not technical support for the district. The district says they don't do anything with the app, so they redirect me here. I'm just being pushed from one person to another. The whole point of getting a phone like this is to make managing apps easier for parents. This is definitely not easier. I've spent a ton of time and energy just trying to get this one app to work. Please! Someone that knows how this app works and why it isn't working for us help a "not-tech savvy" mom out!

Has there been any updates on this? I've chatted and talked on the phone from support for hours and then been redirected to powerschool only to be told that they can't help me because I'm not technical support. So I called the district powerschool and they say they don't do anything with the app and redirect me to you. I've been passed around and no one can answer my questions. This was supposed to be easier at managing apps, and the hours I've spent trying to get this one app installed is definitely NOT easier. Please! Help a "non-tech savvy" mom out!!!

Same - I upgraded my son's plan so he could access the ADP app which his work uses for scheduling. Every time he tries to check his schedule, it tells him that the URL is blocked. It's not worth upgrading if he can't use the app.

My son is able to get the Power School app on his phone, but when he tries to log in, it tells him he’s not connected to wi-if even though he is. Anyone have this same problem and work through it? The reason I moved forward with Gabb is because powerschool was an approved app so I was confident he’d be able to track his school work on his phone. It’d be really great to solve this problem!

My child is unable to access the powerschool app. It says "not connected to internet" but this is the only app that isnt working. Other apps that use internet are working. I've reset my network settings, disconnected and reconnected my wifi, and re-downloaded the app with no solution. As phone touted for kids, being able to access their school info is the most important. It worked fine on gabb 3 but will not work on gabb4. Just got run around when I chatted customer service. Any other suggestions?

following. I did the upgraded phone so he didn’t have to use mine to check PowerSchool
