Parent access
How many adults can have access to a child's phone? I bought the phone for my daughter and if another parents downloads the app can they have the same access as I do being the account holder?

Great question! The only way to access your Gabb devices information is through your customer login information to the MyGabb app/MyAccount. I you add a contact as a Guardian Contact, they can have limited access to location information. We highly recommend not sharing your username and password to anyone you do not want to have access to your Gabb device information.

so two parents can manage their child’s account? This is has been extremely frustrating and no one helps on Sundays! Prime time for people that work in the weekend.
