I ordered a new Pro 4 to upgrade my daughter's phone. I use the barcode on the box and everything is scanning in as a Pro 3. We check the settings on the phone and it seems to be a 4. BUT now I can't add any APPS to her new phone; they were all removed from her old phone, and when I try to add a new app, it goes back to her old phone, the Pro 3. it's been 24 hours and it still says Pro 3 in the account - see screenshot. We have logged out and shut the old phone off and the APP still go to the old phone. Why does Gabb make it impossible for a smooth transition?
