Cant access pairing and it’s in an annoying loop

on the watch it constantly says get to get my gab app on a parent phone and add this device. I have the gab app on my phone and keep attempting to add the device. It keeps telling me that the watch device is already paired and does not do anything except send me back on the watch to the same message. Therefore, I can’t get my daughter’s watch to work at all. I have done the conversion that was requested in November but since then everything is messed up. I will not be renewing my contract with you all and will be inquiring on how to get out of it. I have let you know that I’ve had issues since last January and nobody has ever gotten back to me for any of the issues. But now that the watch is completely not functional and I have an entire year left on the contract, I either figure out how to get this watch to work or get out of this contract because your product is faulty.
