Gabb watch won’t pair to parent account app

we just received our sons new Gabb watch yesterday. I have tried multiple times to activate the watch through the MyGabb app and it will not work. The watch has populated a pairing code but I am never able to get anywhere on the app to pair it. I try to add the device and then select the watch 3. It says checking for active plan and then takes me to enter child profile info which I add but then I says it’s run into an error and try restarting. I’ve tried this a few times now. I do t know what I am supposed to do at this point.

    So sorry to hear you're experiencing some trouble pairing your new Gabb Watch 3e to your MyGabb App. There are a few things that could be causing this. The number one reason is that your device has not yet been activated.
