My son has the gabb pro 4 and when he pulls up gabb messenger all his text are now under "requests" none of his saved contacts are showing in messenger, however when he calls it shows all his saved contacts. The messenger keeps saying "gabb messenger has stopped" he isn't able to send or receive texts without having to reload it. I've restarted the phone, taken out the sim card, reset network settings and synced it but still the same issue.
