Gabb Phone 4 Pro keeps unpairing with MyGabb
My kiddo has had the 4 Pro for 6 months, and the pairing has stayed as it should with the MyGabb app on my phone. In the last 2 weeks, it keeps un-pairing. It happens when my kid isn’t with me, so trying to pair again is impossible, as I need her phone to scan the QR code. I understand the QR code is needed so creeps can’t pair their phone with your kid and get their location, but this is getting frustrating, to say the least. I confirmed we have the most recent versions of the apps. Has this been happening to anyone else?

Thank you for this post and for reporting this error you are experiencing. This is definitely not typical behavior for the MyGabb app and Gabb Phone 4 Pro. Here are some troubleshooting steps to try:
- Reset on the Gabb Phone 4:
- Open Settings App -> General Management -> Reset ->
Reset all settings
- Open Settings App -> General Management -> Reset ->
Reset mobile network settings
- Open Settings App -> General Management -> Reset ->
Reset Wifi & Bluetooth settings
- Open Settings App -> General Management -> Reset ->
Reset accessibility settings
- Open Settings App -> General Management -> Reset ->
- Update MyGabb App:
Delete
your MyGabb app off the parent phoneRe-download
the MyGabb app onto the parent phone
- Troubleshoot with Customer Support:
