Thank you for this question! Call forwarding redirects incoming calls to another number, ensuring important calls are not missed when users are away from their main phone. Here are the steps on how to enable this feature:
Verizon Carrier
To enable call forwarding: Dial *72 followed by the 10-digit Gabb phone number to forward calls to (e.g., *72-999-555-4567). Listen for a series of beeps then wait for the call to automatically end.
To disable call forwarding: Call *73. You should hear a confirmation tone or message that may sound like a busy signal to let you know Call Forwarding has been turned off. If having issues, try turning call forwarding off and on or contact Verizon customer support: 1-800-837-4966.AT&T
To enable call forwarding: Press *63, and follow the prompts.
To disable call forwarding: Press *83, and follow the prompts. When you deactivate, you can choose to either save or delete your list of forwarded numbers. 1) To save your list, just hang up. 2) To remove your entire list, dial 08, then hang up. 3) To remove all private numbers, dial 09, then hang up.
