Screen glitch

Just got gabb 4 in Dec for my daughters. Phones were setuo and placed back in box until Christmas day. They are in cases and have not been dropped or exposed to water. Phones are rarely used. One of the phones has a glitchy screen. Lines going down the screen . Phone has been rebooted and it continues. Is there a way to get this fixed or phone replaced since we have had it less than 2 months.
