Gabb 4 sync to laptop

I connect my Gabb 4(not Pro) to computer and it will not ask to transfer files. When I open the phone on computer it reads empty. Any solutions

    I was having an issue where the Gabb 4 phone (not Pro) was not showing up on laptop when I connected by USB cord. You have to go into phone settings…connected devices…..USB…and tap use USB for…File Transfer. By default, when I was connecting it was using USB for charging only. Hope this helps someone.
