we purchased an audio book through Olive Tree. It shows up in our library for the app, but anytime we try to download or play it, it fails due to a network error. We’ve tried different Wi-Fi connections but same result. Any ideas why?

To determine the source of the network error, our team would need to know the exact error you receive when attempting to download. From there, they will be able to source the proper troubleshooting steps.
