MyGabb app not working

The MyGabb app has not been working for me at all today. It keeps forcing me to log in, then logs in, spins, says it cannot find my devices, then kicks me back out to the login screen.
I’ve tried deleting & reinstalling the app multiple times, and restarting my iPhone. Has anyone else encountered this? Both my kids were away from home and I couldn’t locate them. 😵‍💫

has anyone else had nothing but issues with this new update. My daughter’s watch is always missing. I constantly need to reconnect through the app and now I can’t see anything for her profile or make any updates on her watch. Conversely on android the app works great. The iOS update is awful. It just says we weren’t able to find your devices and I have nothing in the app as far as tracking or updating anything with her watch.
