Hello, I did a hard reset on the watch and now it is telling me that it's already paired but unable to access the watch as it keeps saying it's already paired (and won't move off screen). Has anyone had this issue? I did a hard reset, twice.
I did a hard reset (twice) on the watch and when i go to combine the accounts it tells me it's already been paired and is telling me to unpair and restart the device. Where is my operator error?

It sounds like your device did not fully unpair from the MyGabb app during the hard reset process. Here are the steps to unpairing your device in the MyGabb app:

I'm in the same position. The watch showed a message indicating that its storage was corrupted, so I deleted it from the app, then did a factory reset. Now when I try to set it up again, it prompts me for the wifi password, then fails because it is "already paired." But there's no way to un-pair it from the app because it has already been deleted there. I really want this watch to work again, but after having spent two hours fighting with it and the app, I'm not impressed.
