My sons phone recently updated and now, when people send him messages, they're showing up as the wrong person. For example, Charlie sends him a message, but it shows up that Lucy is the one sending it.
Or, Patty sends him a message, but it shows up as Linus having sent it. I've done ALL of the suggested troubleshooting and nothing works. I can also not chat with Gabb as their "Chat with Us" functionality is not showing up on the website.
