I’m trying to get support from Gabb and it’s proving difficult.
When charging the watch, it is at 100% when on the charger but immediately reduces to 0% when removed

We are having the same trouble. Sometimes it will stay charged for 2 hours if we're lucky. It goes down super fast. It also gets very hot. We've spent a long time on the phone with support, reset it so many times, and it's still an issue. Super frustrating.
My daughter's gabb watch isn't even lasting 5 hours while at school. It is on quiet mode so she isn't even texting or calling anyone. It is very disappointing and makes having this device pointless. Is there anything I can do to fix this issue?
