Watch not staying charged

I’m trying to get support from Gabb and it’s proving difficult.

When charging the watch, it is at 100% when on the charger but immediately reduces to 0% when removed

Thank you for making this post. So sorry to hear that your Gabb Watch 3e is not staying charged after disconnecting from the charger. This is definitely not typical behavior for the Gabb Watch. Here are some troubleshooting steps that can help with this:

1. Update system on your Watch.
   1. Connect your Gabb Watch 3e to WiFi.
   2. Place your watch on the charger, and charge to at least 30%.
   3. Swipe to the Settings menu, open the Check for Updates app, then tap Update. The watch will automatically restart when finished.
2. Try another charger and outlet.
   1. Ensure you are using a 5V/1A charging block.
