Installing other language keyboards?

Hi Everyone,

My daughter uses Duolingo to learn Hebrew, and now that she has a Gabb Phone Pro we decided to add the app to her phone. Unfortunately, no matter how much we try, we can't get the Samsung Keyboard settings to download a Hebrew keyboard, or any keyboard other than the 12 that came already downloaded on the phone (English, three kinds of Chinese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish, and Vietnamese). This is really disappointing, and we're on the verge of switching to another company if a Hebrew keyboard can't be supported. Does anyone know what to do here?

Thank you for this post! This is a great question. At this time, some of those keyboards are unable to download due to the keyboards giving the phone access to the internet. Our team is aware of this and is working to find a solution to the issue. We do not have any update on a fix at the moment but will update this post with more information the moment we hear more.
