Hi, the most recent update, January 2026, has left my daughters gabb watch useless. It over heats during normal use, the screen times out in seconds, attempting to change the screen timeout crashes to the home page, and gabb go crashes to the white screen. I also assume my daughter lost all her coins and pets. I can't find her tasks.
BTW, the new interface is also terrible, the old buttons are large and usable, but the new interface is small, requires a lot of scrolling, it doesn't have the large icons. It's no good for a little kid. My daughter cries every time she touches the watch since the update.
I checked for appeals updates, all up to date. When I check for system updates it crashes to the home page.
I performed multiple hard restarts.
Can you roll back the update? It ruined the watch.
