Messenger app gone from drawer and home screen on Gabb Phone 4

How do I get it back? 😵‍💫 I can access it from Settings, so it's still installed.

I've tried restarting the phone, shutting it off, checking for updates in Gabb ID… nothing has worked so far. I'm also unable to uninstall or reinstall the Messenger app from App Management in MyGabb.

1. Soft Reset the Gabb Phone 4
   1. Restart the device by powering it off and then turning it back on.
2. Clear the App Cache
   1. Long-press the app icon > Tap App Info > Select Storage & Cache > Tap Clear Cache.
3. Reset Network Settings
   1. Settings > System > Reset Options > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth
