Thank you so much for approving the app for my son’s work. Me and my husband love how safe your phone is and how much you help us.
I've gone through the Gabb watch and now a phone with my oldest kid,and we have loved it so far. I'm starting to look at the watch now for my youngest. My problem is she has limb differences and has very small wrists, 5 inches to be exact. I'm trying to find the smallest size of the watchband + watch, as going much over…
My child is unable to access the keyboard to send a custom text on his watch. When you click on the box to write a message nothing happens. If you click and hold a “paste” message appears. We’ve tried a soft reboot, hard reboot and checked for updates. Nothing has worked. Has anyone had a similar issue?
it is “approved” but I cannot sign into my account bc it says I cannot access the URL. Would love to load money on an account so my son can purchase food while out with other families.
I've installed the app as the admin but the location services says it isnt on, even though location services are always on for a Gabb Phone. Need help getting advances access to the app on my daughters phone so maybe I can configure it propperly. I've found that if the app developer and gabb dont have the app fine tuned…
I have a phone that runs Android version 12. I updated to the latest myGabb app on the Google Play store today, and after logging in, it opened to a map screen showing my son's location. At the bottom, it showed his Gabb 2 device, but when I click on it, it crashes. Anyone else have this problem and was able to fix it?

I have chatted with support and was advised to create a new Gabb id. I did that and it still pulled in the prior contact list with the contacts I need to remove. Doesn’t matter if I delete it on the Gabb device or my device they just keep coming back. Does anyone know how to remove contacts on these phones??
Supposedly Gabb has a "Safe Video Calling" feature. How are we supposed to get that to work? Feeling a little frustrated not knowing how to facetime my child
My son is no longer able to see messages inside of conversations. Conversations still show in the app, but when he goes to view an individual conversation there's nothing there.. He's able to send texts and the notification bubble on the conversation shows that he's getting them. This started happening today (10/24/24)
I know what the flagged content is bc it's in a convo with me, but I recieved notification that it's been flagged and when I click on it it just loads forever. Never actually gets past this screen.
My gabb messenger updated and now it is telling me on device care that the app has malware. That's quite concerning as I'm hesitant on using the app too often.
We've really loved our Gabb phone (we've had the Z2 for a few years). No internet, snapchat, instagram etc. One thing we've always felt is missing is the ability to manage our child's phone contacts. Feel like this is a missed opportunity. Many parents (like myself) would appreciate being able to control who my child can…
I was reading in a discussion that it’s possible to set the Gabb phone to where my child can not permanently delete a text. I went the the live chat and they are saying that’s not an option. I don’t want my child to have the ability to permanently delete a text they don’t want me seeing.
is there a way to make the approved contact list apply to text messages only? I want them to be able to make calls on their phone (friends) , but want text messaging restricted to specific people.
The Gabb Messenger App icon changes if touched. It goes from the text bubble on a black, to a green, to a blue background - and then one where the bubble has a face inside. What does these differences indicate?
My child is able to delete text messages on her phone even though the setting is set to not delete anything/ever. Any ideas? Thanks!
