Adding/Deleting Contacts in Messenger
I have chatted with support and was advised to create a new Gabb id. I did that and it still pulled in the prior contact list with the contacts I need to remove. Doesn’t matter if I delete it on the Gabb device or my device they just keep coming back. Does anyone know how to remove contacts on these phones??

I need to remove several contacts from my child’s phone but every time I delete them they come back. I have tried from my phone as well as the child’s phone. I contacted support and was told I would have to delete and create a new Gabbid which I did but the contacts are still there. Such a simple task

I'm trying to add a parent-managed contact to my son's Gabb Pro4 phone, and every time I press the button to "Add Contact," I get an error message that says "Something went wrong, please try again [500]. It is allowing me to add the same contact name with a made-up phone number, but when I go to add the correct phone number, I get the error. It will let me add it as a child-approved contact through my son's phone, but I want it parent-managed. It's getting a little frustrating, to say the least. I've tried syncing, I've doublechecked wi-fi, doublechecked that he and I are both logged in on our phones…nothing helps. Any advice would be great. Thanks!
