Flagged content loads forever

I know what the flagged content is bc it's in a convo with me, but I recieved notification that it's been flagged and when I click on it it just loads forever. Never actually gets past this screen.

    Sorry to hear you're having some trouble with the flagged messages loading in your Parent Messenger app. Here are some troubleshooting steps to help:

    1. Sync Settings in in your child's Gabb Messenger app on their device:
      1. Settings >Troubleshooting > Sync Settings
    2. Update Parent Messenger app:
      1. Delete the app off your parent phone > re-download the app
    3. Sync with Customer Support:
      1. Our Customer Support can preform a sync to your account to help troubleshoot or escalate this error.
      2. Please contact Customer Support by Live-Chat through www.gabb.com, or by phone call at 385.235.6646 Monday-Friday from 7:00 a.m-6:30 p.m., MT or Saturday from 7:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. MT.
