Gabb 4 - why no Portrait mode?

I was just informed by customer service that the Gabb 4 Pro photo app does not have "Portrait" mode. My daughter loves to take photos and use portrait mode all the time on her Gabb 3.

I'm trying to understand why they would remove that on the Gabb 4 Pro!

Great question about the Camera app on the Gabb Phone 4 Pro. The "Portrait" feature has not been removed, rather it has not been added yet. While the device doesn't explicitly say "Portrait Mode" in the app at this time, here is a way to get a similar desired result:

1. Open the Camera App
2. Adjust the aspect ratio to 9:16
   1. This can be found near the top of the screen when you open the Camera app
3. Select the item to be focused on:
   1. Once the object is in place to focus on, the user will want to tap once on the screen and then the background should blur.
