Can't close certain apps in Gabb Phone 3 Pro

My daughter keeps wanting to close the My Gabb, Gabb ID, Google Play, and Knox Manager apps. After hitting the lower left, 3 vertical bars, where all the open apps can be viewed, she tries to swipe up to close ones that she is not using. On the above listed apps, she gets the message: "security policy restricts you from stopping this application". Is there no way to have them to run in the background without having a window up?

Hi @wendyb,

Great question! This is completely normal behavior for the Gabb Phone 3 Pro. It is vital for these apps to be running for the operating system to function properly. Unfortunately, there is not a way to have them run in the background without having the window up. Apologies for any trouble this may cause.

When we try to close applications on 4 pro phone, that message pops up on the screen. And some apps won't close - including the Google Play Store and Knox Manage. I don't want these applications to stay running. How can I fix this
