    I hope they post something or reply soon. Got a new Gabb 4 Pro and this issue is really frustrating. Thing is our friend has a Gabb 3 and has had the phone for well over a year and doesn’t have this issue. It’s like it’s new customers or something. Very strange and need to know an update soon.

    We are having the same issue. I’ve tried all the suggested “fixes” and it still doesn’t work.

    This is very frustrating and I’m hoping there is a fix soon from Gabb. I think they at least need to address this issue.

    Hello everyone!

    We have great news! As of 1/17/2025, we have released an update to all Gabb Phones to help resolve the error causing MMS messaging to fail. 

    How to Update:
    *This update will happen automatically if the device is connected to wifi and connected to power overnight. To update manually, follow these steps:

    1. Navigate to Settings.
    2. Scroll to the very bottom to System Update
    3. Click Check for Updates If Thank you to each one of you for reporting this error as it greatly helped the investigation into this bug.
