When my daughter tries to sign in to her school district through the Sora app using her school email address, she gets the following error message: "The URL you have requested is blocked". How do we rectify this so that she can read her school books on the Gabb 3 Pro?

Great question! This error message you are receiving, "The URL you have requested is blocked", occurs when an external URL is trying to be access from the phone. In this case, Sora requires an external link to log into the users profile.

To avoid running into this error, you can follow these troubleshooting steps:

Select "Sign in using another device" and use a parent phone or computer to complete the sign-in process. This only takes a minute and you will only need to do it once. This option works on all of our phones.
