Screen Flashing
Anyone experience screen flashing? 90% battery, have restarted twice and it's still doing the same thing. I have specific Moby Faces that I don't want to lose, so I don't want to try the factory reset. It's 7 months old…I feel like this shouldn't be an issue?

Sorry to hear about the flashing screen on your Gabb Watch 3. It's great to see that you were able to reach out to our Customer Support and get assistance with this situation. They were able to troubleshoot the flashing on the screen through these troubleshooting steps:
- On the MyGabb App: Unpair the watch
- Select the
“Devices”
tab - Select
“Profile”
on the watch you need to unpair - Scroll to the bottom of the profile and select
“Remove Device”
- Select
“Remove and Reset”
- Select the
- On the Watch: Factory Reset the watch
- Press the back button (top right button)
10 times fast
- Select the
checkmark
on the watch - The watch will power off, factory reset, then power back on when it’s finished
- Press the back button (top right button)
- Pair back to the watch
You expressed your concern with doing this reset as you have the Moby Fox Gabb Watch face on your device. Our Customer Support was able to give you the steps to recover the backgrounds once the device is paired again. Thank you for working with our team to get this resolved!
