How can I return public library books via when the URL is blocked?

I can't read any library books via kindle, only via libby. When I checked a book out on the Gabb phone, I am unable to return it via kindle. I receive a URL is blocked error. Anyone else having this problem, and if so how did you rectify it. Gabb should warn everyone that just because they approve an app, it doesn't work completely.
