My son's watch got water damaged by washing his hands, the screen is lite but you can not access anything. Had any one experienced this? Any thoughts on what I should do to get this cleared up?
Have you put it in rice? If it doesn't work after that you probably have to get a new one. If you got the extended warranty when you bought it, you just have to pay a deductible to get a new one. That extended warranty has saved me a few times.
