Gabb Phone 3 Pro

I recently got my Gabb phone, and it is activated, and I am able to call. When I try to view it on the website, it still shows device is inactive and won't allow me to download apps or do anything. Not sure what to do, any help is greatly appreciated.

It's great to see that you have reached out to our Customer Support for assistance with this. When this happens our team is able to do some troubleshooting:

    • Verify the line is active on the account
    • Preform a sync your Gabb Account
    • Update all necessary information
