We've been having issues with our Gabb Watch 3 after having it for two months — my daughter was showing up as offline on my app, and she could not text. After trying everything else, I was told to do a factory reset. However, when I try to do that, the screen is frozen — I can't push the check to do the reset or the x to cancel. To get out of the screen, then, I use the side button, which leaves me back where I started and unable to factory reset the watch.
Is there any other way to do a factory reset? The customer service rep wanted pictures of the watch to check for damage (there is none; it's in pristine condition) and said he'd be in touch via email, but I'm not holding my breath.
