Adventures in Odyssey

We r trying to sign into the adventures in Odyssey app on our sons new Gabb phone 3 plus. But it keeps going to a screen that doesn't go anywhere and blocks the URL. The app doesn't give the ability to sign in on another device or anything to get around it. Has anyone else been able to get it to login on the gabb phone?

Thank you for this post! Apologies for any trouble you have faced trying to log into the Adventure in Odyssey app. Our devices do block external URLs as they may grant the device access to the internet. This follows our mission to keeps the user safe from any harmful content found on the internet.

We are experiencing the same issue. Is there a way for parents to allow certain URLs to be unblocked? Our family has a subscription to AIO that gives us access to every single episode ever. The AIO app is what made my daughter choose the 4 Pro over the 4. Any thoughts?

Hello all!

Our team was able to take a closer look into the login process for the Adventures in Odyssey app. To ensure you are able to properly log into the app, please follow these steps:

1. Create an account:
   1. If you do not already have an account, create an account through a web browser on a different device (not the Gabb Phone)
   2. Pay for account subscription through this browser (not on the Gabb Phone)
2. Log into the Adventures in Odyssey App on Gabb Phone:
   1. At the login page, select "Only Offline Access"
   2. It won't ask this again after being selected the first time

If you follow these steps, you should not run into any trouble logging into the app. Hope this information helps!
