    I am so glad to see that others are having this same issue (only because it makes me feel less alone in this mess). We ended up sending back our first Gabb 4 Pro because after 10 hours of troubleshooting time with Gabb (including completing all steps above), my daughter still couldn't send outgoing text messages despite being able to recieve them. I hoped it was a fluke, and took the leap to order a replacement phone. It just arrived today and has the same problem. We are beyond frustrated and don't feel we have a choice other than cancelling our Gabb plan and going somewhere else. Such a bummer as we had great luck with the watch.

    Our team was able to investigate this error and found this troubleshooting step to help:

    • Settings -> General Management -> Reset -> Reset all Settings

    I just bought a brand new Phone 4 for my daughter. She isn’t able to send a message. It just stays as sending… tried all the resets and firmware updates mentioned on other posts. Still not working.

    hi.

    we just got my daughter a Gabb phone yesterday. The messenger app wasn’t working at all so I did a total reset and redid all the sign up stuff. That fixed the immediate issue. But, now she can’t send or receive texts. She can only send voice/picture texts. The regular texts say “failed to send”. The texts we send to her don’t get through either.

    Can anyone help me troubleshoot this?

    (It is also keeping the weather at Utah instead of our current location, so we have to change it every time. Is this normal?)

    1. Network Reset with Customer Support:
      1. Our Customer Support will preform a Network Reset on their end
      2. You can Contact Customer Support by Live Chat on www.gabb.com, or by phone at 385.235.6646 Monday-Friday from 7:00 a.m-6:30 p.m., MT or Saturday from 7:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. MT
    2. Soft reset on Gabb Phone 4 Pro:
      1. Power the device off for 30 seconds > Power it back on
    3. Settings Reset on Gabb Phone 4 Pro:
      1. Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Settings > Reset Accessibility Settings > Reset Settings

    These steps will help resolve the texting error you are experiencing. It is also a great step to ensure your phone is on the most recent update by following these steps:

    1. Update Firmware and Software on the Gabb Phone 3 Pro:
      1. Navigate to the Knox E Fota app and check for updates
      2. Google Play Store app and tap the circle in the top right > Manage Apps and Devices > The second line should say "All apps up to date" or "Download/install updates."

    my son just got the gabb 4 phone and he is unable to send any text messages? It's brand new why is this happening?? His phone is activated too
