Watch display distorted

My daughter received her watch yesterday and after a few minutes the screen began having a distorted display. It was showing lines rather than the icons. I tried to reset it from the app and factory reset without success. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry you were experiencing trouble with your Gabb Watch 3. It's great to see that you were able to reach out to our amazing Customer Support team and do the following troubleshooting steps:
- Power cycle reset to the Gabb Watch 3:
- Hold the power button down for 4 seconds > Select the power off icon on the watch screen > Wait 15 seconds > Hold the power button for another 4 seconds to turn the watch back on
- Unpair from the Gabb Watch 3
- MyGabb app > Devices > Profile > Remove Device > Pair back to the Watch
Due to the device not responding to the troubleshooting steps, Customer Support was able to help get a replacement device sent out to you and gave you the instructions to send back your device for investigation. Thank you for working with our team to get this resolved.
