Voicemail for Gabb Watch 3

I just tried calling my child, who didn't answer. I got a recorded message saying the user's voicemail box hadn't been set up. How may I setup a voicemail box for a Gabb Watch 3 so that when my call goes unanswered I can leave a message?

    Hi @Atolls_Fabrics,

    Great question! The Gabb Watch 3 does not currently have the ability to set up a voicemail. Many young kids don't know how to use voicemail and don't have a ton of contacts, so missed calls and texting generally handles the users needs.

    With that said, our team is always looking into features that are requested by customers. If a voicemail feature on the Gabb Watch 3 becomes highly requested, they will be able to look into making it a possibility in the future. You can add this to our Feature Idea section so others can vote on this feature.

    Thank you. Does that mean there is no way to leave a voice mail when calling a Gabb Phone?

    Our Gabb Phones do have the ability to set up a voicemail. They can receive voicemails without issue. The Gabb Watch 3 does not have a voicemail feature at this time.

    Im having the same problem as the user above. My child has a new gabb watch 3e and when i try to call it I get. Message that the voicemail hasn't been sent up. How can this be fixed so he can receive calls?

    It sounds like your Gabb Watch 3e might be having some trouble with connecting to the network. Apologies for any trouble or frustration this has caused you and your family. Here are some troubleshoot steps to follow to help resolve this:

    1. Network Reset with Customer Support:
      1. Ask a Customer Support agent to help troubleshoot the GPS Location error through aNetwork Reset
      2. Contact Customer Support by Live Chat on www.gabb.com, or by phone at 385.235.6646 Monday-Friday from 7:00 a.m-6:30 p.m., MT or Saturday from 7:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. MT
    2. Power cycle reset to the Gabb Watch 3:
      1. Hold the power button down for 4 seconds > Select the power off icon on the watch screen > Wait 15 seconds > Hold the power button for another 4 seconds to turn the watch back on
    3. Unpair from the Gabb Watch 3e:
      1. MyGabb app > Devices > Profile > Remove Device > Pair back to the Watch to improve the connected between the parent MyGabb App and the Watch.
