Hi, I ordered a Gabb phone and watch on this account and the status says complete. I have not received my items and was wondering what "Status: Complete" means, And if it means it should have been shipped.

Good question! When the status of your order shows as "Status: Complete" this indicates that the fulfillment process at Gabb is complete and is getting ready to be handed over to the shipping company. At this time in the process, you will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as it has generated. It can take a few business days to receive.

I placed an order for a gabb phone 4 plus and a gabb watch 3. It was two separate orders. I received a confirmation and tracking email for the phone but not the watch. Phone has been delivered but still not even an order confirmation email for the watch despite being able to see both in order history. How do I get tracking/confirmation?

i placed an order end of November and still have yet to receive shipping confirmation, tried chatting and never got a response.
i thought shipping was 5-7 business days.
im worried my order now wont come until after Christmas.0 -
