When I signed in, it gave me the message to add a device to the account. I have 2watches and 1phone on the account. On the Gabb website it keeps telling me to add account info.…
Anytime I try and go into a message that has been flagged, it won't pull up the message but then shows me a screen that says "No flagged messages". I have gone as far as to delete the app and start over. Is there a glitch with the app?

We recently upgrade my son's phone to the Gabb phone 4 Pro but I'm not sure what to do with the old one. It's still in pretty good shape, but I didn't receive any communication that it needed to be sent in.

My son has recorded songs on the watch, but I can’t figure out how he does it as well as how he retrieves the songs? Any idea? Some of the songs are inappropriate unfortunately, so I want to delete them.

We need to upgrade/replace the Gabb watch because the current one isn't working properly and still have 13 months left on the service contract. We don't have a warranty. Does a new watch activate under the existing contract or does it start a new contract?
when I first purchased the gabb pro phone for ($49) on 12/06 I paid for the $30 activation fee and the monthly contract $34 I also purchased a watch and the monthly payment $12.99 plus activation fee $30 for that as well. I've tried to add apps for my son's phone the last couple of days and after enabling them, he goes to the app store and there is nothing there for him to install. Once I refresh the page the app I enabled has the enable option again as if nothing happened.
