Do I have to pay again?

when I first purchased the gabb pro phone for ($49) on 12/06 I paid for the $30 activation fee and the monthly contract $34 I also purchased a watch and the monthly payment $12.99 plus activation fee $30 for that as well.
My total was about $168

I’m trying to activate the phone it’s asking me to pay again…the activation fee and the monthly fee!! This was already paid for!

    Great question! Apologies for any concern you may have felt when seeing a potential second charge for the first month of service and activation fee. We can assure you that you will not be double charged.

    Since your monthly service fee and the activation fee were applied in your initial order through our website, your line will deliver activated and does not need to be activated through Gabb.com/activate. The device will be ready to power on and use. Since the activation steps were followed at Gabb.com/activate, the website registered your request to activate a new line.
