Adding a Guardian to the Account?

We purchased the Gabb 4Pro. I'm the only parent on the account right now but I can't add my wife as a guardian? I added myself as a guardian but can't add any other contacts? In the Messager app it says under controls Contact Management coming soon? I've tried to add contacts but it is just greyed out.

We'd be happy to help clarify this process. Being the account holder makes you the Primary Contact. There is no need to also assign you, the Primary Contact, as a Guardian Contact as it will create two profiles for the Primary Contact.

You will want to ensure you delete the Primary Contact information from the Guardian Contact by following these steps:

1. Log in to the MyGabb app on the primary parent’s smartphone.
2. Select the hamburger icon in the upper-right corner.
3. Select Contacts.
4. Select the desired contact.
5. Select the three dots in the top right corner.
6. Select Delete.

To add a Guardian Contact, follow these steps:

1. Log in to theMyGabb appon the primary parent’s smartphone.
2. Select the hamburger icon in the upper-right corner.
3. Select Contacts.
4. Select the blue plus sign in the bottom-right corner, then select Create Guardian Contact.
5. Fill out the guardian’s profile information.
6. Select the children you want the guardian to view the location for by selecting the check mark next to your child’s name in the Allow the guardian to view these kids’ locations section.
7. Select Save.
