Update Card Information
I updated my credit card, but it keeps showing an error code. What do I do?

Sorry to hear you are receiving an error code when attempting to update your care information in your MyAccount. Please ensure you are following these steps:
- Log into your MyAccount
- Update through the Account Information tab
- Select Edit
- Scroll down to "Payment Information"
- Select Edit
- Update your information and select "Save Changes"
- Update through the Billing tab:
- Scroll down to Payment Information
- Select "Update Payment Information"
if you are receiving an error code after following these steps, here are some troubleshooting steps to follow these troubleshooting options:
- Open a "Private Tab" or "Incognito Tab"
- Open on a Private Window on a iPhone -
Safari + Tab + Swipe to Private + tap the tab
- Open on a Private Window on MacBook:
File + Private Window
- Open an Incognito Tab on Android:
Chrome + More + New Incognito tab
- Open an Incognito Tab on Windows, Linux or Chrome OS:
Press Ctrl + Shift + n
- Open on a Private Window on a iPhone -
Once you have the new tab up, follow the Update Account Information steps again. I am having the same issue. I have even tried to change my payment information over the phone. Still would not work! I have been trying for three days!

I'm also having the same problem and I've tried two different browsers and incognito mode on both. When I log and I'm on the dashboard screen I get the following error: "Error: An error occurred when fetching the products information. Refresh this page and try again." I've refreshed the page multiple times and still the same. I try to update my billing information and I get the "No query results for model [App\Models\Address]." message.

Sadly, I have been calling them for days and wait for 45 minutes just to be told there are 10 plus callers ahead of me. Chat can't help either, they direct me to the same un useful number.

The error is not in the input, it's an error on the web developer. Either that database corruption. Either way Gab will have to fix it. They couldn't even get my card info enter on their end when I called.

I'm still having issues. The error code I'm getting is

Having the same issue, and it doesn't seem to have been fixed. Now the "expiry date" of the card on file is just an unintelligible mess of letters and numbers. There's not even a button to update the payment info now; it seems to have disappeared.
I understand the web is complex, but the amount of glitches present on the Gabb website makes it kind of… useless?
