Charging problems Pro3
We got our sons these phones for their birthday 2 months ago and have had multiple issues with both. The most recent being one of the phones won’t charge. When plugged in the screens shows an overheated symbol and a red (don’t) charge and the phone vibrates. Picture attached. It has been like this for over 24 hours now. We have tried the factory cables as well as other USBC cables to see if anything would work and nothing does. Has anyone experienced this challenge?

- Testing the charger in different outlets around the home
- Replace the charger if necessary
- Examining photos of the device to check for damage
Through the photos you sent to our team, they were able to discover that your device had water damage, causing it to not receive the charging needed. Thank you for working with us to get this resolved!
