We got our sons these phones for their birthday 2 months ago and have had multiple issues with both. The most recent being one of the phones won’t charge. When plugged in the screens shows an overheated symbol and a red (don’t) charge and the phone vibrates. Picture attached. It has been like this for over 24 hours now. We have tried the factory cables as well as other USBC cables to see if anything would work and nothing does. Has anyone experienced this challenge?
