MMS not working on Gabb phone plus

in Gabb phones
I have two lines, both with the Gabb phone plus. One is having problems sending and receiving MMS and group chats while the other one is working. I have tried to troubleshoot, but I cannot find any information on how to get the one phone to be able to send and receive MMS and group chats.

Sorry to hear you were experiencing some trouble with the MMS messaging (photo and group texting) on your Gabb Phone Plus. It's great to see that you were able to reach out to our Customer Support and receive help by upgrading to the Standard Plan. The Standard Plan allows for photo and group texting on the device as shown in the photo below.
