Activating and Pairing to Gabb Watch 3

I bought a new Gabb 3 watch on Amazon for my granddaughter’s birthday, which is tomorrow.

I downloaded the app and I continue to try to activate this watch..

I opened an account on the Gabb website with all the vital information.

For some reason, I am unable to get pairings with the app on my phone and my Gabb watch.

I am also unable to figure out how to choose a monthly service payment plan.

is there someone I can call?

if so, what is the number?

    Hello @Deb,

    So excited to hear about your granddaughters new Gabb Watch 3. It's understandable that setting up a new device can be confusing so here is a step by step on how to activate and pair to the Watch:

    New Watch Activation:

    1. Go to gabb.com/activate & activate your Watch.
    2. Once active, turn your new Gabb Watch 3 on by pressing & holding the power button (bottom-right button) for four seconds.
    3. Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone.
    4. Download the MyGabb App on your smartphone from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
    5. Open the MyGabb app & log in with your Gabb account credentials.
    6. In the app, select Add Device, then select Gabb Watch 3.
    7. Pair your Watch to the MyGabb app via Bluetooth.

    I just received a Gabb watch. I paid for a 1 year contract. The watch tells me I need to add a line, but I should already have one. What do I need to do?

    I am having the same trouble. I am confident I know how to follow directions. Why is there such hiccups on brand new devices?
