Camera and gabb music can't be found

Both the camera and Gabb music can't be found on the home screen or the app drawer. My son's phone is gabb 4 pro. The only way I got the gabb music working was by adding the widget. Also, the only way I can open the camera is by going to setting/app/camera and click open. I don't want my son to touch setting, he's mentally handicap.

Sorry to hear you're having some trouble with your Gabb Music and Camera app not showing up! Here are some troubleshooting steps to help with this.

1. Go to the All Apps page:
   1. Swipe Up from the bottom of your home screen
   2. From here you can see All Apps
      1. If you do not see the Gabb Music and Camera app, follow step 2 and 3
2. Clear the cache on the Gabb Phone 4
   1. Open the Settings app
   2. Scroll down and tap on "Storage" 
   3. Select "Cached data"
   4. Confirm by tapping "OK"
3. Reset Settings on Gabb Phone 4:
   1. Open Settings App -> System -> Reset Options -> Reset Wifi & Bluetooth
   2. Open Settings App -> System -> Reset Options -> Reset App Preferences -> Reset Apps
   3. Open Settings App -> System -> Reset Options -> RESET SETTINGS
